This beautiful, soothing 90 minute treatment, combines guided meditation, reiki, sound bath, and breathwork ✨
Starting with grounding breathwork to regulate your nervous system back down and… this offering then facilitates a relaxed, meditative, Theta-wave mindful state using transcendence-inducing sound healing which allows the penetration of the physical healing frequencies to enter your body… facilitated by a variety of sound frequency tools including crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, drums, bells ect.
Guided meditation and mindfulness also eases your mind into relaxation as you melt into the nurturing space of the Highlands group space… while your physical body (the atoms in your body) mimic and align with the physical frequencies that they receive from the relaxing sound tools and Reiki healing.

✅What to bring: Just yourself… in comfortable clothing. While yoga mats, pillows, and blankets are provided… feel free to bring your own for extra comfort.
✅Numbers are strictly limited to 7 people, and will be on a first in, best dressed basis each month.
✅Please note, this space is shared with Nyx and Aura, the Highlands cats (who frequently join the group sessions), and as such these group sessions are not suitable for those with cat hair allergies. The private healing room however, is a pet free zone, and 1-on-1 sessions are available for those with cat hair allergies.
Cancellation policy: Due to the exclusivity of these sessions, and limited spaces… 48 hours notice is required for cancellations.
